“ Directors may initially be appointed by the board to fill a casual vacancy or as an addition to the board but they must formally resign and (assuming they wish to continue as a director) stand for election by shareholders at the next AGM.”
Welcome any opinions on this do we need an egg farmer on a medical device board I think not !!!
