Crisis management in Australia 101

Step 1 - Sack the people who were in charge.
Step 2 - Complete a review and find every piece of bad news in the business.
Step 3 - Announce to the market as much bad news as possible and blame the old management
Step 4 - Start announcing new good news and take all the credit moving forward.

Step 1 has been completed (ish), Step 2 will come out in the next 3 weeks & Step 3 will be brutal on the market.

Will be interesting to see if they can get Step 4 up and running given the hit to the brand.
