Well, if you want to make 100k, you could always buy 100k shares of BOQ and hold. There's your 100k pa, including franking credits. Of course that needs a bit of capital....
If you want to make 100k trading BOQ, that might require some finesse, and a bit of tolerance to pain (or red). Pretty sure Buffet said that you should not be in the game if you can not stomach a 50% drop in the SP of what you hold.
