Review the history of these convertibles and you will see that is not a positive result. From 80c to 62.5c to 40c conversion price tells the story. See upside? Pft. Plus the 50M options. Massive dilution. Low pH bet will be the last for PEN. It wont be the silver bullet. PEN to go down 6-0 in the third.
