Yep ASIC are hopeless. Look what happened with MFS Limited. It took 10 years to ban King from running a company and even though he ripped off investors of millions of dollars by his dodgy deals, he didn't go to jail yet they send the ordinary person to jail for ripping off govt benefits of for minor amounts in the thousands, rather than millions.
