If this passes, which presumably it will as the directors own more than 50% of PVE and are proposing this action, then all 100m shares will be distributed to PVE shareholders (no need to opt in) proportionate to the shares they hold in PVE. For each PVE share, you will receive about 0.17 Coro shares (100m Coro shares divided by 593m PVE shares on issue). If you own 1m PVE shares, you will receive 168,634 Coro shares. These are listed on the LSX. You will still retain all your shares in PVE. The distribution of Coro shares can be seen as a kind of dividend. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much and very helpful. Glad I don't need to do anything in order to participate here. My only question is once we presumably receive these saffron shares on the LSE how do we view them/ trade them? Will this be viewable from each person's Australian share trading account?
