So just some food for thought. After the buy in there will be 483,476,938 shares registered. 375000000 will be for Forise and ACH, Peter will have 21000000 in total which is his current 21000000 plus his 4200125 settlement and the remaining 87 000000 or so will be other share holders. Forise and ACH wont be trading there holdings at all or at least not for now and may even but up more. Peters will be locked away in Escrow and this will leave around 83 000 000 (just roughly). 48985138 are in the top 20 holders. Most of these will hold on until the SP is much higher and 15401781 of these are Peters and Paiges. this leaves roughly 38 000 000 shares on the trading platform. this is very little and when we go back in and start exploring again with our nice fat piggy bank and new company MC of AUD$8M we should start seeing the SP move up quite quickly IMO. Of course do your own reasoning.
