    Hi

    As per the notice of AGM in one of the resolutions it states that they are trying to raise $3m from African govt agencies (most probably as a loan or subsidy etc.)
    They mention an outfit which is assisting them and they will issue 3 million shares and 12 million options for this service.

    Hopefully no more CR here and price recovers now
