There was a good mention of Arc in today's fin review. The price manipulation is amazing - day after day. I know Palmer has squillions of shares, but once the Anzon shareholders vote (one way or the other) he will have no reason to sell, the pressure will disappear and the price will jump. Serious analysts are discovering Arc and $2 in a few months is a real possibility. Or, everything I've said could be crap!
