Hope your potential winner is actually going to be in the race. I'd prefer to see our power brokers negotiate a compromise away from their egos and make sensible decisions based on oil's future success only. This may end up like cat and mouse with some big surprise ahead after all. I'm not a betting man, but I'd hold my horses for now.
