With drill results there are three things to consider: No.1: grade is king. The resource average grade is 3.8g/t so any drill intersections above that grade are likely to have a positive effect. Remember at current prices a gram is worth about $32. No.2: width - 10m @ 5g/t is good, but 1m @ 5g/t is too narrow to be practically mined, except by underground hand-held mining techniques which are very expensive. A good rule of thumb for width and grade is to multiply them together to get grams-metres. Anything over about 20-ish is OK for an open pit, over 50-ish good for underground and anything over 100 is gangbusters. No.3: depth. If you're getting 2g/t at 100m forget about it. 30g/t 2km below surface, continuous from surface, that's Hill 50.
