I would anticipate a substantial revenue drop (and cost increase) for quite some time to come yet unless they get seriously get on top of the transition from the current modus operandi to the new strategy and even then they are going to need funding for the new strategy so lest I jest a BGA offer would not be a bad thing all round. AHF alone doesn't have either the revenue independence or the financial backing to try and do what it is now claiming it intends doing.

A classic case of "betting the farm".
