There has been mining at Bou Azzer since 1932 with no mention of cobalt to the west if it did then wouldn't Managem (1.8 billion company) that own Bou Azzer have acquired it ages ago?

Bou Azzer is made up of 3 domains
1) an accretionary melange to the south
2)a dismembered ophiolite sequence in the centre
3)a fore arc volcanic sequence in the north

There is NOTHING in the West!

This company has a history of dodgy deal and the fake bids at .4 will disappear before they even get hit.
