Good morning all. The pre open suggests the announcement and articles are circulation. Can't ascertain depth at present but im thinking well be above 12 again shortly.
The real question is can the earlier resistance circa 14 be broken and hold.
Pretty clear traders saw an opportunity over the last few days and pounced together with some profit takers.
Closely held stock with not much in the way of "floating shares" should mean buying pressure resumes.
Just my thoughts.
