Am not sure what you are looking for. Illness caused by exposure versus vaccination. The above is a snippet for measles but heaps out there for all.
Public scrutiny is very high with vaccination as involves healthy children, therefore surveillance is higher than with many medications etc.
Am sure this will not be what you are after though.
