@Grant62 I believe the company has stated in the news release that they are going down the JV path.
The dairy industry in particular milk is doing it tough since the $1 per litre, it's not just AHF. Have a look at Murray Goulburn - even large companies can fall.
The infant formula industry has high profit margins driven by huge demand from China after the scandal. Whether or not the company can find a JV partner and execute the plans is something else. But the plan they have laid forward is a good one. Everything close to each other and they have the land to do.
No point discussing financials at this early stage as it might change depending on who the company manages to bring on board in JV.
