Been following the interesting conversations. Seems that in the end, States are obliged to follow Commonwealth laws in case of legal conflict. Whilst there may be a dire need to allow LKO, and others, to generate additional and more cost effective power, the only way that could happen is for the Commonwealth law to be changed? If not, what could sway a judge to rule in favour of recognising a real need to generate additional power - and reasonableness? "The law is an ass but the law is the law".
