The market seems to be completely discounting any positive payment from the legal action .
The WA courts verdict seemed conclusive and the Singapore court seemed to endorse compliance with that verdict and enforcement .
What does the Market know that we do not ?
The Market needs to know how settlement negotiations or enforcement actions are progressing .
