REJECTED , and I have also written to ASIC raising my concerns about T.

I think a full investigation needs to be conducted as this sort of behaviour the have clearly learnt from the Australian Cricket leadership.
T are total scum and need to be brought into line.
The more of us that complain the more likely ASIC are to do something about it.
