Wow, i bet your the only share holder who would thinking raising 10m now is a good idea or to not be bothered by it at all.

I small raise might be enough to see them through to profitability at which time their SP could raise and they, if they really needed it, could do another raise at a much larger price and use that for expansion.

Raising 10m at this point would be reckless.

The Company must focus on profitability and growing revenues before they raise. I don't see this as a chicken and egg scenario. Revenues are growing and the business is approaching profitability. Soon we will have some $$$ to put towards sustained marketing which should help grow revenues further and increase our margins. I think at that point it is a good idea to do a small raise when the price is higher.
