The only solution was to charge a small levy for every trade but it will be a drop in the ocean for big town however some of retail could be paying if their order was executed in few trades.

I recently mentioned that to couple of politicians during a function to calculate how much money would Gov collect in levy for every trade done on ASX and chi-x in given year but do not expect any action or response.
