Who are these 1 eyed fans? Name or there's no way to hold them accountable in Dec-18.
But I think everyone has been pretty balanced, there's a lot of potential but a lot of work/time is required and unlikely to see tangible results this side of 2018.
Regardless, you made the conscience decision to re-enter, if you're still here in Dec-18, you're not owed an explanation from anyone but yourself. Your choice must have been based on something? How about focusing on that, can you list the positives of RDM that made you decide to re-enter?
