After they lodged their target statement, the various 3Ys lodged show the IDX Board all started buying. That happened in the week before CAJ announced they weren’t pushing on.
Interesting thing is that when I go back & look, the days the buys occurred look like the days that the SP was vulnerable...
Was this the IDX board trading in a “clear” patch post their target statement & showing their “support”?
Or was it the Board artificially holding up the SP to defend against the takeover offer?
The trades by so many board members seem material given the low volumes for the stock...
Can someone enlighten me - was that legal in the middle of a takeover offer?
