I think the major concerns for new investors is Cash. The company is getting low on funds. Where is it going to come from?

A Cr at these prices? Even at todays price = so many new shares = more dilution. Chances are it will be at a discount = Even more dilution.

Need to flip an asset if you want no dilution, as mentioned before, best to sell the coal asset. (We already ploughed a small fortune in it, cant even sell it for what we spent.).

All scenario's do not look good = poor SP performance until this uncertainty is taken care of.

Until the cash issue gets sorted, I wont re-invest.
