QF, As I said to the CEO of another junior explorer that I am involved with. Make up your mind are you an explorer or a miner? . Most juniors neither have the expertise or the money to take their discovery to a mine and the smart ones don't even try (example sir now S2R). The cost of a modest mining operation would imo exceed $500 million. The few juniors I have seen attempt to mine usually fall by the wayside and get swallowed up at a heavy discount. Lets face facts, ICG are battling to finance a few drill holes.
