To be fair there is little liquidity in this stock - good luck trying to take a position over $20,000 at current prices.
As someone stated in another post (although you could argue the models output) the black scholes model values the options at ~2c (based upon 4.8c SP if I remember correctly)..
I'd say the options are probably close to fair value but this stock in general is not for trading and a couple pips here or there will be irrelevant in the Long-run.
