Keep in mind that the study was commissioned by Neurotech but it wasn't conducted by them. It's an independent study. That means you absolutely cannot make inferences about the results based on the time taken to prepare them. Because...

a) The Carrick Institute has said they will not disclose the trial results – not even to Neurotech – until they are published.
b) Neurotech have absolutely no input or discretion over what gets published or when.


"2 to 3 weeks to go before major market announcement"

This is also a supposition based on an expectation expressed three months ago by the Carrick Institute. The actual date of publication is dependent on many factors and is subject to change due to space constraints and the possibility of breaking news that affects where a paper sits on the list. Again, it's completely outside Neurotech's ability to control or manage. The expectation was neither a plan nor a promise, and nobody would be entitled to feel disappointed with Neurotech if the timeline isn't met.

The best we could hope for is that the Carrick Institute would let Neurotech know if they get bumped to a later issue, and that Neurotech would pass that on to the market.
