IMO he also has a huge conflict of interest.
He is the companies major creditor, its financial lifeblood, the major shareholder and accumulates more equity for every dollar that he continues to lend them.
Am I being over critical when I say that he has an absolute vested interest in the longer it takes to start having cash flow? While we get nothing he provides more credit which, as happened with the re-construction, turns intro equity and the cheaper the shares the more shares are exchanged for debt???!!!
