It's a dud deal for AUR imo, the one that this Board (by a majority vote it would seem) arranged with a giggling Karl.

Obviously Mr Fotios is happy with it though. Dare I say that he and Karl sorted this deal out? Maybe discussed a synergy between SFR and Horseshoe metals as well? Dare I say those sorts of things? I'd better not, I think!

What deal had Frazer and cohorts brokered?

I think that the Board should fully disclose everything as regards SFR discussions and options available to AUR so that ordinary shareholders like us can make our/their own assessment.
