RE Envitec Energy, surely if Wallner was Full Time MD of Boulder during its formation, then the shares belong to Boulder .
Unless Wallner paid his own travel, telecomms and expenses etc. while negotiating it and did it during his vacations...
... See he is the MD Australia for Envitec as well as Boulder so guess they must both be part time jobs .... certainly a part time result at best ...
