0058 GMT - The lack of a clear time frame for restarting Newcrest Mining's Cadia operation worries Macquarie, calling the tailings dam-wall failure "a major concern." The investment bank has incorporated a 6-week shutdown into its forecasts, prompting it to reduce its FY gold-output forecast by 4%, or some 110,000 ounces. But the drop could prove bigger, Macquarie adds. Shares are down another 1% today, putting the week's skid at 8.9%. They haven't had that bad of a week since April. (
