Thanks, I am familiar. So from 4.6 of above document:
"If for any reason an entity is not in a position to make the announcement about the event it said would result in the lifting of the suspension within the time that it originally anticipated, the entity is expected to make an announcement to inform the market of the reasons for the delay, and the new date by which it expects the suspension to be able to be lifted."
"The entity is expected..."are the key words I overlooked I guess. They are expected to, but the ASX doesn't seem to have any clear rules of what happens if the entity doesn't meet that expectation.
I just find it rude on Zyber's behalf... it's 15 minutes to close and nothing... supposed to be before commencement of trading today...
