Lucky, its only now that all the previous hard work with litigation has any bite. So for me any announcements pertaining to further litigation processes such as bankruptcy will be more heartening. The judgement is being enforced. So xstate have nothing to lose and everything to gain. What the defaulters have to lose is citizen status, property, and any siezable assets, and incomes for 6 years..
Its not like xstate can stop proceedings at this point. If there is no immediate settlement then the board cannot just walk away . They are duty bound to pursue to the end or face legal backlash from current shareholders. So unless there is an immediate settlement the 3 if them will be bankrupted. That is a certainty..
