Great starting point, I would add some extra details on things such as (in no particular order):
* Split between inferred and measured resource
* Other metals in the resource such as titanium, iron, fluorite... - vanadium is rarely if ever mined by itself and in some cases wouldn't even be the main money maker for a company
* Project Stage (still drilling / JORC resource defined / metallurgical results / PFS / DFS / finance / production / etc)
If you look at how long it is taking TNG to progress from resource definition to mining approval, finance and eventually production, they appear to be a couple of years ahead of the rest yet still a year or more away (their relatively subdued valuation consistent with the orphan period in the infamous "Life Cycle of a Junior Mining Share")
* Off-Take agreements considerably de-risking the project
* Top 20% holding of total (you touched on this already)
* KRC released a scoping study in 2012 (http://www.*.com.au/companies/news/...um-iron-project-valuation-to-us14b-27972.html) in which capital expenditure was estimated at US$896 million. The new scoping study due the first half of 2018 will be based on an improved flow sheet potentially leading to a substantial reduction in capex, however it is to note it will be a considerable sum
There are other reasons to like one of the stocks more than another (TNG's Tivan, KRC's gold, TMT's excellent capital structure, etc) and management is indubitably something to look at
Personally, if I manage multi bags here in the space of a few months like I did with KRC, I am not going to hold onto the shares waiting for production - time opportunity cost may end up being too high, I learnt my lesson with TNG
