How about Prime moves its share holding up further to 40 percent in destra and provides the capital to secure BYI.. offer of $1.38 share my view...

Mariner thinks they dont have the balance sheet to fund it, well.. they do have two big backers.. Prime and Murdoch.. and destra did do a recent deal with myspace...

Interesting times, and can only mean upside for DES share price I feel.

Remember, Dom is a shareholder as well and dont think he wants to see dilution either, but start seeing Share Holder Value which will start returning value to dom as well
