Their TMall 'fan' numbers have fallen from nearly 3000 to 2650 in just a few months and they seem to be losing fans daily. The wines have not changed and deals on packages of wines on offer seem to have been reduced significantly.
Meanwhile, margins are paper thin and marketing spend gets cut, while administrative expenses were unfathomably high.
I understand they are chasing the wholesale $$ and that is a good strategy.
But I feel like the company thought that that gravy train was in the bag. Obviously it's proving more difficult than expected and in the meantime they have taken their eyes off the core business, which is retail sales.
Back to an all time low share price. Back to a MC of less than $4 mill. No buyer interest even at these levels. Floundering .
Pretty hard to see positives. Just that proven investing technique called 'hope'

Terrible results and a company going nowhere fast. I'd be slightly concerned with $108k in sales and a net loss of $918k myself. If this wasn't floated on the ASX, I'm not sure it would be worth anything? This is not baby formula, it's wine, a highly fractured and competitive industry.
