    That's when I'm piling in. IMO the Government of Myanmar is the biggest unknown with this project, and it's not clear whether its laws will be administered fairly, especially regarding foreign interests. So I took an initial position at bargain prices and have topped up a couple of times since but now I'll wait patiently for the official announcement re the consents before my next position.
