I know nothing about IRC, but I would hazard a guess that SAU will be generating a revenue stream before them, if they have a 55k m RC program in front of them.
We have a $500+M market cap player taking the risk and doing the mining for us in WA, and proven old mine opening specialists getting it done in SK.
I'm getting a little sick of beating the SAU drum though
