the USA market future is crap because Dow futures tumble after Gary Cohn quits White House, so nothing wrong with TAR, Cobalt is strong and TAR Cobalt grades are damn high and mind blowing and it should be correct given DRC is the land for high grade Cobalts and in Bulk...

24-25c huge soak so should be a strong support for next leg up..

TA wise and a BO seems near form...
