NTU has the cash to finish the pilot plant, in fact it probably has more cash now then your Lynas which has been producing at a loss for years. NTU also has none of their hundreds of millions of debt or billions of shares issued. Umm... make that hundreds of millions of shares issued, forgot about their recent 10/1 consolidation. Then again if the conversions continue at 60%-70% below market price its only a matter of time before it becomes billions again.
I guess we'll have to wait and see NTUs "new business plan" but I doubt it will involve going into massive debt, on the verge of bankruptcy, issuing billions of shares and bonds, etc.
