not sure to be honest. Just having a quick look over the 3b. Maybe the Placement falls under rule 7.1 which allows 280m shares to be issued, whereas the rights falls under rule 7.1b which allows an additional 189m shares to be issued.

I'm definitely not happy with the discount. I do wonder if maybe some of the assays that we have been waiting for have been received with no material intercepts of copper (I don't know if that would be a required to be announced separately).
