Giving away 20% of the company at 12 month lows is breathtaking incompetence IMHO and goes a long way to explaining the amount of SOI with MOD. Clements has been here the whole time. If he was unable to negotiate AT LEAST 5.2 to 5.5 for such a large slice then he does not deserve his job. Look at where copper price will be in a few years...look at what an opportunity this is!!! To roll over and have his tummy tickled, or maybe just serve us up to his mates? **** that guy.
