There are many examples of companies out there with half the cash, half the potential, and double the market cap - or more. Yes, some good drill results would shake things up and with proper promotion get things cranking - and with the cash on hand they can do that, so it is just a patience game with this one.
As stated, little/no downside, just patience and encouragement for the team to do good work.

As a separate thought, with the cash on hand and future cash flow, they could also be the target of a cash grab, or consolidation with another company??
