NOROvirus formerly known as Norwalk virus has a 36 hour incubation from infection to vomiting diarrhea, therefore can spread through a ship once an infected person steps on board. Usually one will be ill the next from contact with grandchildren seeing their grandparents off on a cruise and from there wham bam thankyou mam.
