Ann: Novatti finalises Chinese funding to raise a further $3.5m, page-2

Everyone's thoughts on this? Comes across as good news to me. Cap raise is finalised with only 18M shares issued at 19c (raising $3.5M) instead of originally planned 34M shares at 19c (which would have raised $6.5M). That means a lot less dilution (especially given no Tranche 2 options allocated also) and future cap raises if required can be done around new VWAP (note that 19c was a premium back in Oct 17). Was interesting though how there was a slight change in Chinese technology investors, although they are existing shareholders. Love that 80% of shareholders are in our top 20, not much trading volumes!
