I Ike your thinking CiCos and I tend to agree where your coming from
The only thing I would add , I don’t believe management are necessarily secretative , when contracts are legally signed they have to be released to the market , I am not sure that process is entirely in their control , unless of course there is no contracts then we have a different problem , but as you say yourself Hartleys are involved for a reason and seeking I would think returns you also mention
