I don't think you understand the importance of the business plan that Bluebird are required to create along with proof of concept. Given that a plan that is outstanding is completed , raising capital will be quite easy. In Bluebirds case it might involve substantial dilution, borrowing or a third party. It is also quite possible a third party may wish to buy out both parties from Gubong , for a substantial amount of money I would add.
