I don’t think it’s rocket science. Too many shares and too many people under water from cap raisings and purchases over the years. We need a big ann that churns through 100 mill shares in a short period to flush out the overhang.
The market has stopped listening to promises/opportunities. It’s stopped listening to incremental Anns (although we’d be lower without them). Some guidance around profitability might help open ears, if positive.
