You clearly have no understanding here. It's dangerous to make accusations on matters one does not understand. 1300smiles is extremely cautious in the issuance of shares. More so than 99% of companies I have seen. No employees or directors are compensated via equity. Your comments are either out of ignorance or malice. Either way, they need to stop.
