I rekon that you had better hope that it doesn't go the other way. The ASX is saying now the story I have heard from fundies over time. It was probably part of the reason for the problems that EDE had getting the funding deal finalised.
I'm not doing any relative value trading with these two until the air clears. What I would like to see is the new part owners put on some pressure for an independent director to the EDE board.
